Pathways and Outcomes of Alternative Initiatives


A programme by the People’s University of Social and Solidarity Economy, broadcast on Tuesday, 1 March 2016 on FM 100.6, Thessaloniki’s municipal volunteer radio station, on the topic:

“Pathways and Outcomes of Alternative Initiatives”

The programme discussed the Social and Solidarity Economy, from markets without intermediaries to social clinics, and explored what connects these different pathways at the social and political levels. It also examined what these developments mean for our understanding of the economy, exchange and the individual, as well as the practical outcomes, both collective and personal, of the interaction between the social economy and the solidarity economy.
